Order Processing & Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Once processed, all domestic orders (within India) will be delivered within 5-7 days depending on our delivery partners. For international orders, delivery may take anywhere between 8-15 days depending on our delivery partner and destination country.

  • In case of delays beyond this window, please contact us at support@guiltandclass.com and we’ll provide a status update.

Where We Ship

  • We also ship internationally. For international orders, please note:

    **For international shipping, the final checkout price will include the product cost, taxes, applicable shipping charges and duties.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for all prepaid orders within India.

  • For international shipping, the final checkout price will include the product cost, taxes, applicable shipping charges and duties.
  • COD is available only in India (Domestic).
  • COD is offered, but may be disabled for customers with repeated return history in their online shopping.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled through the website.

International orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
