Refund policy

We’re here to make sure you love what you wear. If your order didn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery - no questions asked.

Returns can be initiated directly through the Returns & Exchange link on our website or from the My Account section if you’re logged in.

How It Works

  • Once you initiate the return, our team will review and validate the request.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll schedule a pickup from your address — no need for you to ship it.

  • Pickup usually takes place within 1–5 working days of approval.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate your refund within 10–15 working days.

Note: Returns sent without initiating a request through our website will not be accepted.

Return Charges & Deductions

  • A ₹150 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags must be intact

  • Returns should be made within 5 days after receiving the product
  • Refunds will only be processed after the item passes our internal quality check.
  • Please note: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Pickup & Processing Timeline

  • Pickup is usually completed within 1–5 working days after approval.

  • If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 working days.

  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp at +91-9646-456789 within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send a clear, unedited video of the package being unsealed/unboxed.

  • Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours to resolve the issue.

  • Once a damaged order is returned and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days.

Exchange Requests

For sizing or style changes:

  • Initiate the request as a return via your account or our returns page.

  • Once your original item is picked up, we’ll ship the replacement after validation.

  • If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will reflect back to your original payment method.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
