Order Processing & Delivery
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Once shipped, your order should be delivered within 5-7 working days.
  • If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, please reach out to us at support@guiltandclass.com for an update.
Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping is free for all prepaid orders.
  • *Please note, a ₹149 service fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders-this is not a shipping fee, but a COD handling charge.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
  • If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at support@guiltandclass.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Return Window
  • You can request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refund to be made to the user shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time.
  • ^The cost of the return request is ₹ 100, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact to qualify for a refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated within 10-15 working days of the pickup.
Pickup & Processing Timeline
  • Your return will be picked up within 2-3 days of request submission.
  • Please note that refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the date of product pickup. Approved refunds take 10-15 days to reflect in your bank account after approval.
  • We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
  • For COD orders, the refund amount will be based on the product price at the time of purchase and will not include the COD fee of ₹149.
What should I do if I have received a damaged product?
  • If you received a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91-9646-456789 within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • To help us resolve your issue quickly, we require a clear, unedited video of the package being unsealed/unboxed. This will allow us to expedite the verification and resolution process.
  • Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours to help you out.
