Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery to most locations across India. A nominal fee of ₹149 is applicable for this service.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.

- We offer free shipping on all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery.
- Please note, a ₹149 service fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders-this is not a shipping fee, but a COD handling charge.
Returns & Exchanges
- Yes, you can easily place a return request on our My Account page.
- You can request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges.
- Refund to be made to the user shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges, COD handling charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time.
- The cost of the return request is ₹ 100, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Returned items must be in original condition with original tags intact to qualify for a refund.
- You can easily place a return request by logging in to your Guilt & Class Account → Go to ‘My Orders’ → Click on ‘Return.’
- Simply follow the steps on the page to initiate the process and fill in the required details.
- Schedule a Pickup: Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your location.
Yes, as long as the return request meets the Eligibility Criteria: 1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. 2. The return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery, we’ll process your refund.
- The cost of the return request is ₹ 100, which will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return request does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days from approval.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll send you an email confirmation and initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, we will reach out to you seeking your account details for processing the return.
